Add location to users profiles and settings. #103

@kaxline I believe at this juncture to have the user fill in his city and state instead of having to create a database of cities may be our most economical and functional approach. On the other hand, here is an interesting project I was able to find. Let me know what you think.

@bsteinbeigle Any update on this? I think you sent me a list of cities to include since the MVP would only be live in a few of them. If so, can you put the list here and I'll implement?

Cities for Oregon:

Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Gresham, Hillsboro, Milwaukie, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Fairview, Wood Village, Troutdale, Tualatin, Tigard, West Linn, Battle Ground, Camas and Washougal.
