Cannot Write W/O Being Overwritten #23

I successfully built this, can read and write, however the couple games I tested, I tried freezing or changing values and it gets over written immediately, even on GTA.. how am I supposed to change values w/o it getting overwritten? I've tried changing freeze interval

Sorry I just realized this will be the same as internal cheat engine, however if you know how to get around it that'd be sweet
