no vue3 compatibility #316

i have seen your code changing in discussion. while the lastest version -- "3.0.10" didn't include this change. could you build a new one include it.

@1e4 There's a fork called Vue-3-Socket.io that provides Vue 3 support. You could also use Socket.io directly. If you are using the Vue3 composition API, I recommend the latter.
