Change use of wfiu utility plugin functions into use of ipm utitlity class #8

All plugins that make use of the wfiu_utils/plugins_functions.php will need
to be updated to use the ipm-utils-class.php file, which combines all the
functions into an utility class. This will make our code cleaner.

This has been done with the slideshow plugin.
