sugg: add system todae radios #28

Wiiradio would be really top if it inserted a system as Todae Radio

Todae is a program for windows (vistabar for ex), which inserts a multitude
of radios.
The list is updated on a site and todae recover the updated list when we
press on "liste button" to choose a radio

this is the actual list on server:

Besides, much more French would use Wiiradio if he inserted more French
radios ;)

I tried translating but can't understand it (sorry, my French is pretty bad).

you can explain the basics of what it does.

All I could take from that report is that it might be an idea to take the 
mentioned
list and add stations there to the 'predefined' stations in wiiradio. However, 
there
are two small problems with that: 1) The list does not specify the format of the
stream, so we would have to guess. Most often that could be done however. On the
other hand most of the streams I have seen there seem not to be mp3 anyway. and 
2)
The stations do not specify a genre - so all one could do about that is to 
generate a
special genre for them.
