AAC+ support #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy pls file to SD card that contains AAC+ stream
2. Load Wiiradio
3. Load playlist file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either silence or scrambled audio is heard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wii System Menu 4.2, Wiiradio 0.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, AAC is not yet supported.
