When creating Marketplaces, Operators want to more flexibly gate participation, so they can create more targeted Marketplaces/Challenges to support the DAO and partners' unique needs, such as…

Direct to analyst requests (imagine a Marketplace only for Marina)
Elite analyst only targeting and other cohort targeting (imagine a Marketplace dedicated to Cantina or Pine)
And/or parameters (imagine you need Badge 1 AND Badge 2)
Anyone (imagine a totally open and public Marketplace)

Requirements for Create Marketplace flow

Market Manager can add 1 to many gating parameters to flexibly control who can do what within a marketplace

Sponsors (launch challenges)
Analysts (submit)
Reviewers (score)

Select the gating Relationship

Any n of the following criteria needs to be met = OR boolean
All of the following criteria needs to be met = AND boolean
Anyone = no limitations

Control permissions via Badge gating. Fields:

Contract Type (Badge only)
Contract Address
Token ID
Minimum badge balance
Maximum badge balance (optional)

Requirements for Prerequisites tabs

Marketplace / Prerequisites screen updates and copy updates for each block -- ask Elise
Challenge / Prerequisites screen updates (inherited from the parent Marketplace) and copy updates for each block -- ask Elise

Noted by @sebruiz that we lack designs for the Prerequisites tab -- deferring to him to show a list of Badges.

We should show a list of the Badges used in the criteria selector along with some text:

You must hold ALL of these badges

OR

You must hold n of these badges
