Gogs support #160

Gogs is an emerging, open-source Github alternative. What are the plans for Gogs support?

Patches for supporting Gogs are welcome. In any case, if you're interested, have a look at the Perceval backends, which are easier to implement and probably at some point will supersede Bicho and other MetricsGrimoire tools.
