Merge endpoint needs to be updated in heroku production config #117

It's currently the URL for the old dashboard.

Dec 8 update: this is causing an error in the hourly processing job but it should resolve once we get this URL updated.

(@hancush @xmedr should also be added to the dashboard keyring)
