The MERGE_ENDPOINT value in the production Heroku deployment's environment file referenced wasn't updated for the new URL.

Decrypt configs/heroku-prod/.env with blackbox_postdeploy
Verify that MERGE_ENDPOINT's domain matches the current Heroku production dashboard domain

@antidipyramid Thanks for tracking this down! I have a new GPG key. Would you mind pulling it down and re-encrypting the files so I can double check the config update?
