Clarified naming and usage of demonstration prototypes #106

This provides a resolution to issue https://github.com/MetroCS/redistricting/issues/90

I think this needs more consideration. We've tossed around the terms "prototype" and "demonstration" without much clarity. We're still lacking an explicit statement of the intention of the RedistrictingDriver class.

I suggest that this conversation is appropriate to be continued in issue #90, so will copy my comment there and close this PR.
