Story

As a stakeholder of any type

I want the RedistrictingDriver class to be removed from the product package and for there to be an example of source code that demonstrates use of the product utilities

so that there is less confusion about the functionality of the product and I have sample source code to guide my understanding and usage of the product.

Acceptance Criteria

• RedistrictingDriver.java does not exist in src/swdmt/redistricting.

• build.xml does not include a run task.

• The published API does not include a RedistrictingDriver class.

• An example with source code that demonstrates basic usage of the product is published and accessible.
