Story

As a maintainer
I want files in the Archive directory pruned
so that only files with current relevance appear

Acceptance Criteria

Files no longer relevant have been deleted, including
- NewRedistricting.md
- OldRedistricting.md

Supporting Information

The current version, Redistricting.md, is stable obviating the need for contemporaneous reference to its precursors.
