Allow the publisher page as an attribution source #174

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I recently started updating some series and wanted to add a link to the publisher page as attribution source, but couldn't figure out a way to make this possible

Describe the solution you'd like A Source Option "Publisher" with the possibility to link to the publishers page (Image, Aftershock, whoever one could think of)

Additional context Dialog in question MetronAttribution

Couple of questions that would need to be resolved:

  1. What label to use? Something like 'Publisher', 'Website' or 'URL'?
  2. What license should be displayed (if any) for the content?
