Modify Series Types

This bug report is for consolidating the SeriesType model values Cancelled and Ongoing types to Single Issue and also adding Omnibus. This would leave us with the following values:

• Annual Series
• Digital Chapters
• Graphic Novel
• Hardcover
• Limited Series
• Omnibus
• One-Shot
• Single Issue
• Trade Paperback

In addition to the above proposed changes it makes sense to add a Status field to the Series Model with the following choices:

• Cancelled
• Completed
• Hiatus
• Ongoing
