I removed the custom GitHub actions function, since {usethis} now includes testing templates for GHActions that work much more smoothly.

I updated the license to GPL-3, pending further discussion.

I added a new snippet, metro_centroid includes the WGS84 coordinates of the 7-county metro (longitude = -93.30375, latitude = 44.91831). No more opening Google and estimating a random point!
