Both of these categories can be reported as share of trips or of vehicle distance traveled.

The following as % of passenger mode share:

Walking
Cycling
Micromobility (including e-scooters)
Buses (including Bus Rapid Transit)
Rail/Metro/Tram
Ferries/River boats
Taxis or shared vehicles (e.g. hire vehicles)
Private motorized transport
Informal/paratransit/popular transit systems
Other

The following as % of freight mode share:

Motorcycle/Two wheeler
Light Goods Vehicles
Medium Goods Vehicles
Heavy Goods Vehicles
Rail
Inland water transport
Other
