Minnesota gas utility data is gathered and aggregated at county level. Wisconsin activity data is gathered, but some work remains to aggregate activity data (which will require allocation of statewide data to county based on number of customers per county data, which has also been gathered).
Across electricity and natural gas, the reporting context was much the same within Minnesota and Wisconsin. This made getting at the Minnesota data quite easy, with a few more wrinkles in Wisconsin, which also exist in electricity. For natural gas, my next step is to focus on the allocation issue to get Wisconsin data to the same place as Minnesota data. We are making significant progress!
