You're right, eGRID MROW emissions are just lbs., so not a CO2e for CH4 and N2O. They do provide a catch-all CO2e number that we can use directly if we so choose, rather than calculating via GWP.
And that run order is correct!
One thing to note about cprg_emissions_county.RDS$category -- all of the electricity is tagged as residential, but our figures are ALL electricity/natural gas use, residential and non-residential.

Oh, okay so do we need to multiply by CH4 and N2O by their GWP to get CO2e in processed_mn_electric and processed_wi_electric?
Yes, or we could just add the factor for CO2e eGRID provides that covers all of the gases! 1003.1 for the MROW sub region covering our study area
