Determine area of three main natural system types (forest, grassland, wetland) and apply sequestration rate potentials.

Potentially possibly and definitely interesting to split forests into urban trees and forests, grasslands into urban grasslands (i.e. parks, golf courses) and natural grasslands. Agricultural C sequestration rates may be calculated in this module as well.
