Correct icons

Goal

• Tank component (fix #428)
• Changed NPP HX to differentiate between superheaters and reheaters, and avoid connecting them the wrong way (fix #430) :
• New compressor icon (fixes #388)
• DP sensor icon changed (fixes #322)
• Standardized connectors positions of all gas part heat exchangers.
• Added a liquid part on the ACC with subcooling component
• Stored utilities package as separated files

There are a lot of changed files, but it is only to store utilities package and subpackages as separated files, I didn't change anything there, excepted the DP sensor icon
