i have the same exact problem

oh yeah i figured it out you gotta search up the one key pcmidi exe file then put it to your downloads so its easier to find then drag it into command prompt put a space after that then put the file location of the audio then press enter

how do I search for it if there are a few videos showing examples of this program and the rest of videos are just nonsense like "hOw To CoNvErT aUdIo To MiDi In Fl StUdIo?!?!?!?" or "hOw To InStAlL mIdI dRiVeRs On YoUr Pc?!?!?!?!?"?
