I've tried using this grid in a new blazor project cretaed using preview 4 and am getting a linker error with http abstractions assembly - despite using the linker file. I think this is probably because of dependency issues. I'll go through the projects and update them all to stable .netcore 3.1.0 (or latest blazor preview 4) dependencies.
