feat: [DX-1623] Add PasswordFormField component #613

Summary

added OptimusPasswordFormField
fixed loader being visible if the input is disabled
added story
added more parameters to the form field, like size, clear all, and loader.

Testing steps

Open the Password story
Test exposed knobs with dark and light themes.
