Butterfly Wing effect seems to be broken #13

Despite the Butterfly Wing description saying it increases HP regen by 50%, HP regen remains at 5 after obtaining.

To add to this: the bug is now fixed, but if you have a save from before this fix then you need to prestige to show the correct regen
