[QScintilla] Python: Add highlight for True, False, None #23

True, False and None are not highlighted. They should be highlighted as keywords.

Is it OK if I file QScintilla bugs here? There's no bug tracker I could find for it, and honestly if its development is as it looks, it might be worth it keeping a local fork of it.
