To activate french translation #126

Hello ! I didn't see that the system.yml didn't have any automatic language creation, so I added the entry for the French language.

This pull request is to correct that.

English explanation after : Pour les français qui souhaite ativer le fichier que j'ai traduit -surement imperfectement- il faut modifier le fichier system.json par celui que je mets en pièce attachée. Ceci ne sera plus nécessaire avec la prochaine mise à jour (normalement la 0.2.6) si ma correction est accepté. Pour ce faire, il faut modifier la section "languages", comme suit (tout remplacer) "languages": [ { "lang": "en", "name": "English", "path": "lang/en.json" }, { "lang": "fr", "name": "Français", "path": "lang/fr.json" } ], ou directement copier le fichier suivant system.json

English part : For the French who wish to activate the file I've translated -although imperfectly-, you'll need to modify the system.json file with the one I've attached. This will no longer be necessary with the next update (normally 0.2.6) if my correction is accepted.
