Remove from list option at start does not work #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit various sites, setting a security level for them
2. Quit Crunchy
3. Restart and try to remove (many?) from the popup by selecting "remove
from list" and clicking "Approve"
4. Quit and restart Crunchy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sites that were supposed to be removed are still there.

Fixed.  Revision 732.   The list keeping track of sites to be removed from the 
list
was initialized inside a loop inside of outside.  (duh!)
