New vlam option: username... #153

Add a vlam option enabling the insertion of a username on a page.  Proposed
syntax: <span title="username"></span>. Alternatively, it could be
<span title="username">username</span> so that it could easily be viewed in
a regular browser (without Crunchy).

Implemented (andre's branch).  Changing status with the assumption that changes 
from
my branch will be ported to the trunk.
