live feedback when loading a page #199

Occasionally it takes a long time to load a page.  This is the case for
example if the security mode is set to normal and many images have to be
validated.

It would be useful to have a popup appearing when a link is clicked,
informing the user about what is being done (e.g. cleaning the page by
security module, validating images (with image name listed), etc.).

This eye candy should make it into 1.0.  I'll probably use a "growl look alike"
plugin to implement this.

Changing milestone as this will require a fair bit of experimentation with 
different
users to get it right.
