default python_tutorial using rst does not result in an interpreter being inserted. #233

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have python_tutorial selected as the no_markup preference
2. load an rst file containing some simulated interpreter session

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An interpreter should be inserted below the styled code.  Instead, only
the code is styled.  Note that the code is inserted inside an html
"blockquote" ...  It looks like the html input box gets inserted properly
but, somehow, communication is not established.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
