Embed rst editor #243

Enter a description of the feature requested, as completely as possible.
It would be nice to have an rst editor (or rst "lab") similar to
http://blog.enthought.com/?p=127  and/or one which would process
slideshows.  We could edit in one tab, press on a button, and either show
some "bare html inserted via innerHTML"  (i.e not processed by Crunchy) on
the same page, or have the page displayed into another tab and simply
reload it to view the result of the edition.

Maybe try with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4287, a
firefox plugin to create split tab (which I have not tested).
