Editor with multiple tabs #77

The current version of EditArea can handle multiple tabs.  It might be
worthwhile to implement a different Editor widget (keeping the old one)
with the additional capability.  Some thought will have to be given as to
how to make the best use of this capability - turning Crunchy into an
web-based IDE.

I am marking this as Beyond1.0 because it isn't something that needs
fixing, or because it is a feature that won't be ready in time.
