Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement opencv-python==4.1.2.30 #368

I am trying a fresh setup of the repo. And I am following the steps given. However, when I run the following command pip install -r requirement.txt I am prompted with the following error. image

python version no big than 3.8,can solve this problem
