Point 1:

• All team members did work as required
• Team members generally responsive in group chat
• Most tasks were completed on time (With one or two anomalies)
• Division of tasks to ensure each member has an equal chance to contribute

Point 2:

• Start work earlier so that we can meet deadlines on time
• Better communication between team members to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Allocate tasks earlier so that team members have more time to complete their tasks
• Check with faculty more often about the progress of tasks

• Better communication between members

Quality Control. Quality may have suffered due to time constraints and could have been looked over more.

More Quality Assurance, check on the quality of work more frequently.

Allocate some time to inspect the quality of work to ensure quality.

• Can try to communicate more as a team to know what each other person is doing to be more efficient

• I will take initiative to to communicate with my team members instead of waiting for them to talk to me first
