Your code is written for Python 2. We are working with Python 3. Can you please make the required changes for your code to run on Python 3?

Kindly visit https://github.com/Mhlasakululeka/Spacial-Optimisation there are models which are built from scratch and you will be able to run them on python3. Within Special-Optimisation document you will also notice that I've also wrote commands to install some few models used in each of the two models updated.
