When a player is knocked down you can press the Y button and the player gets up instantaneously. This doesn't happen on GENS, and I don't think this was the intended behavior.

When a player is knocked down, they stay down for xxx seconds.

Actual Solution
Hijack $9EA251 to run new code that checks if the player is knocked down first. If the player is knocked down we exit via RTL, if not we continue to the original code.
Acceptance criteria
[x] Game Play - Knocked down player stays down when pressing the Y Button.
[x] Game Play - Hook / Hold / Flip Puck continue to work as normal when Y button pressed and not knocked down.
[x] Game Play - Goalie Dive works as normal when Y button pressed.
[x] Updated SNES NHL94 ROM-RAM Mapping Project with any new values.
