Code Refactor - Add ability to run each hack as a patch #33

User story

Users want to apply the hacks to an existing ROM, modify the src/patches files to work as individual patches as well.

Expected Result

When selecting option to patch existing rom in the GUI exe file, it should patch the rom with all the necessary changes for the patch to work.

Benefits

[ ] User can apply a patch to any existing rom .sfc .smc and it will only modify the bytes required for the selected patch(s).

Update after the solution is figured out

[ ] ROM - Patched ROM only contains the bytes changed for the patch in question.
[ ] Provided brief description of the actual changes (Solution) performed.
