Root mode required for some reason? (Ubuntu 16) #2

Without adding the argument--user rootto the docker run call it says it can't write file.

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.18 (MiKTeX 2.9.6530)
entering extended mode
! I can't write on file `main.log'.
