Custom template does not work after the latest update

Hello,

I don´t really know what package is responsible (that is why I´m submitting general bug report), however, the custom template (attached as template.zip, Makefile included) that worked ok before the latest update to the packages

• circuitikz
• glossaries
• hyperref
• l3kernel
• ltxbase
• ragged2e

stopped working. I´m unable to diagnose the problem, however I´ve figured out, that the problem is somewhere in the \maketitle custom command (if I comment it out in the projekt.tex main file, everything works). The MikTex report file is attached, as are the log files. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

That is the same problem as https://github.com/MiKTeX/miktex-packaging/issues/304.

As a work around add \def\BabelCaseHack{} before \documentclass.
