hwemoji package file hwemoji-assets.pdf in wrong location #317

[x] I have read the MiKTeX Contributing Guidelines

The hwemoji package requires hwemoji-assets.pdf to function, however this file is incorrectly placed in the documentation folder .../MiKTeX/doc/latex/hwemoji rather than .../MiKTeX/tex/latex/hwemoji.
