In miktex, nextpage.sty is included in both ltxmisc and nextpage packages, and verbasef.sty is included in both ltxmisc and verbasef packages:

texmf/tex/latex/ltxmisc/nextpage.sty
texmf/tex/latex/ltxmisc/verbasef.sty
texmf/tex/latex/nextpage/nextpage.sty
texmf/tex/latex/verbasef/verbasef.sty
