duplicate files in bmstu package #364

[x] I have read the MiKTeX Contributing Guidelines

The bmstu package contains all of its .sty files twice, once in .../tex/latex/bmstu and once in .../source/bmstu/sty. I imagine this kind of duplication in the source folder is not intended.
