Texinfo: FATAL texify - A required utility could not be found. Utility name: texindex. #667

MiKTeX on Windows:

Texinfo (https://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/) is part of MiKTeX.

But texify does not succeed because of a missing utility: texindex

texify.log error message:

Please note that texindex is not a part of the MiKTeX distribution.
