eliminate warnings on Objective-C code when not importing modules and still allow Objective-C++ code to include framework headers when modules are not available
add NSTabViewItem+MMTabBarViewExtensions.h to umbrella header such that MMTabBarView additional properties on NSTabViewItem may be manipulated.
