Shorts Quality Degraded #468

Whenever I watch shorts, some of the shorts default to the lowest quality possible, while every other short sets the quality to something more realistic. It happens often and to many shorts as I am watching.

Well, my solution is to the disable the VP9 setting located in the video quality preferences tab.

However if you do so, you will lose the ability to watch HDR videos.

Well it's up to you whether you wanna enjoy HDR videos or watching shorts instead.
