Minimig-AGA_MiSTer db9 : floppy buzzer support lost ? #13

Hi !

I've recently updated to the latest BOT build (Minimig_20210719.rbf) available here : https://github.com/MiSTer-DB9/Minimig-AGA_MiSTer/tree/MiSTer/releases and it seems the floppy buzzer patch is not working anymore. I'm using Antonio Villena's custom IOBoard with a buzzer.

FYI, I use the regular / standard updater and just manually copy the fork of the Minimig core (because I need the proper mt32-pi support for the other cores). It used to work with the previous version.

Would be really great if the floppy buzzer support could be brought upstream :-) IMHO it brings A LOT to the experience.

hello what you say is true specifically the last kernel that works with sound is the 20210306 a quite old version ... the 20210621 no longer works ... this is a real disappointment I hope you read it .... and fix this problem for the users

Ah, so that's kernel related. Is it something that can be fixed in the core fork or is it something which has to be settled with Sorge ?

I miss this one but meanwhile I've reverted to the non-forked cores to get faster updates.
