sms core db9 version settings cannot be saved. #4

With the latest update of Master System Core (the one with 5x support) for the db9 version core settings cannot be saved. The sms core always starts with DB9 input enabled and 5x disabled by default, even if i save the settings through the core menu and restart This happens only with db9 version and not with the official one. All other updated cores from yesterday seem to work fine.

with SMS_20210211.rbf the issue issue is fixed.
