Feature request: add spinner/paddle support #8

Many Apple II games use paddles and would work great with a spinner. Would it be possible to add spinner/paddle support?

Thank you! Early games like Dogfight, Star Blaster, or Sabotage really benefit from it

Thank you so much for adding it @sorgelig! It makes such a huge difference to play with this on my arcade cabinet with a spiiner, I can now very accurately control games such as Sneaker and Wavy Navy. Combined with Total Replay it gives me a new way to enjoy the Apple II action games! The core just keeps getting better.
