add option to load alternate versions #1

People really wanted to be able to load alternate country/difficulty/hack versions of the rom, so were creating a half dozen folders to have all the different varieties available. I think this would make it easier for people to load other versions.

99% users don't need it. There is a tool allowing inject the rom into RBF, so it's possible to have several RBFs with different injected ROMs. I just don't want to convert arcade to console.
